The purpose of cleaning the beach is to raise the awareness of the environment issues among students. By cleaning the beach, the students are supposed to understand more fully about how heavily damaged the environment we live is. The point is that we should do it with bare hands, get our hands dirty and learn from the activity.
心得隨寫：
Once again, it's pointless of doing this thing for me because I took good care of my own garbage and I have continued recycling the garbage for quite a while. I do not need this course to teach me anything because I already know more than the purpose and the point of doing it. Yes, this thing can help me and the school gain some reputation, but I didn't pay the school to use me as a labor. I don't know how many students are fine with it, but anyone who has a normal brain should know that this thing shoudn't happen.
