In our dissertation, we would mainly focus on those following three parts. To start with, we would like to give a brief introduction to the film, including the origins of the movie; how we interpret some plots in the movie and the technique and approach of the movie. Secondly, we will discuss how Taiwanese media influences Wu Xiong and how the audience reacts to the news. In the third chapter, we will analyze how the child protection workers play the roles of officers toward the disadvantages in the movie. Finally, we will give an introduction to the law of the Jungle and talking about the way to satisfy this law in such an increasingly fierce struggle in today’s world based on Wu Xiong’s personal case.
