Cartoon Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō (巧虎)Effects on Children (4-12)
Abstract
In this modern society, media has become an important part of people’s life. Cartoon plays an important part in children’s life. We will focus on cartoon’s effects on preschoolers in the project. Because on both physiology and phycology aspect, preschoolers can be a group of people who will be influenced by external factors most. Cartoon can have positive and negative effects on children, but it all depends on what kinds of cartoon people choose.
In this project, we will make a research on cartoon “Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō” (巧虎) effects on children with questionnaire survey, and figure out some questions such as “Can cartoon be educational to children?” “Are there any changes on children’s thinking and abilities after watching the specific cartoon?”
